What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard custom styles start from 200 pairs. Quantities for each design, colour and size are reviewed together. Special constructions and finishing details can affect the minimum, so send us your intended breakdown for confirmation.
Can I check the quality before developing my own design?
Yes. You can request 2–3 pairs of existing quality samples at no sample charge; you cover shipping. These are available styles, without your own logo or custom design, and are subject to availability.
Can I order a sample with my own logo?
Yes. We confirm your design, materials, sizes, sample fee and shipping cost before making a custom sample. Sampling for grip socks typically takes 7–10 days, excluding shipping. Bulk production begins after sample approval and confirmation of your order details.
How long does production take?
Pilates socks with grip application or other finishing typically take 15–25 days in bulk production. This excludes transit time. Quantity, design details and seasonal capacity affect the final schedule, which is confirmed before ordering.
