What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard custom styles start from 200 pairs. A 200-pair order can include up to two colours. We confirm any different minimums for special constructions or finishing before you order.
Can I check the quality before developing my own design?
Yes. You can request 2–3 pairs of existing quality samples at no sample charge; you cover shipping. These are available styles, without your own logo or custom design, and are subject to availability.
Can I order a sample with my own logo?
Yes. We confirm your design, materials, sizes, sample fee and shipping cost before making a custom sample. Sampling for grip socks typically takes 7–10 days, excluding shipping. Bulk production begins after sample approval and confirmation of your order details.
How long does production take?
Pilates socks with grip application or other finishing typically take 15–25 days in bulk production. This excludes transit time. Quantity, design details and seasonal capacity affect the final schedule, which is confirmed before ordering.
What can I customise?
Choose the sock silhouette, yarns, colours, sizes, logo treatment, grip pattern and packaging. Knitted logos, embroidery, sewn labels and decorative cuff details are available depending on the construction. We review compatibility during development.
Which sizes can I start with?
The product guide suggests EU 35–38 and EU 39–42, with an EU 36–40 one-size option. Treat these as starting points: we confirm the size range, construction and sample fit for your audience.
Can you match my brand colours?
Share your colour references and we will review suitable yarn and grip colour options. Confirm the final colour combination on a physical sample, especially when matching a sock collection to activewear.
Do you offer branded packaging?
Yes. Header cards and paper sleeves or belly bands can carry your branding. Packaging format, artwork, materials, quantities and costs are agreed with your quotation.
Can you arrange delivery to my studio?
Yes. Shipping typically takes around 5 days after dispatch. Transit time varies by destination and shipping service, so share your country and postcode for a delivery estimate and shipping quote. Sampling and production time are separate.
Can I request specific certification or testing documents?
Tell us your required product, material and packaging standards before development. The team will confirm which documents apply to the materials and production arrangement proposed for your order. Documentation must be checked for its scope and validity.
Can I repeat an existing design?
Yes. Send the details of the design you want to reorder, your quantity by size and colour, and your delivery target. The team will confirm the current specifications, pricing and production schedule.
What happens if I have a question after delivery?
Email the team with your order reference, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. We will review the information with you and discuss the appropriate next steps.
