The team’s sock manufacturing roots date back to 1991. Today, its owned factory supports custom projects with close attention to construction, finishing and quality, while an established partner factory provides additional capacity for larger programmes.
For your Pilates socks, the production arrangement is confirmed around the order specification. We help coordinate the design, materials, grip application, branding and packaging rather than treating them as separate decisions.

Pairs are inspected during knitting, with additional supervisor spot checks.

QC spot checks cover toe closing and finishing, including relevant grip and embroidery details.

Each pair is checked inside and out. Non-conforming socks are separated from the packed order.
